UnLtd has been supporting social entrepreneurship in the UK for over 20 years. Aside from distributing cash awards for start-up entrepreneurs they also foster a network of social entrepreneurs with advisory and mentorship services. 

As an organization, they recognize the importance of supporting their entrepreneurs' attitudes and mindset as well.

That's why Level 7 was bought in to run a support circle around developing resilience for their founders.  

We gave their entrepreneurs a chance to voice concerns, share stories and create a safe and supportive space during the covid-19 pandemic. 

The relationship between UnLtd and Level 7 has evolved to include 1-on-1 executive leadership coaching support with select entrepreneurs.
